‘Tis the season to try festive holiday beers! We tried Backpocket’s Winter Lager, a cranberry lager that hits the spot as the weather starts to cool off and the Vikings season starts to heat up. We had friend of the show Forrest (the Bears fan) on to talk about the Vikings OT win at Soldier Field. Ranging from Caleb Williams’ ascension as an NFL quarterback to the horrendous officiating, we hit some Roses & Thorns and hand out some game balls. As always, we look ahead to next week as the Vikings host the Cardinals in the first of a 3-game homestand and we get into the weeds of the various end-of-season scenarios.
